How Can I Pay for your Services?

i-direct prefer payment by credit card. Its quick, easy and means in many instances that we can start the work immediately. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Maestro, Switch, American Express and Solo.

Additionally we also accept Paypal as a convenient payment system for many of our Private Clients. We do not charge a surcharge for paying by Credit Card.

How Will the Payment Show Up on My Credit Card Statement?

The Payment will show up as i-direct. We like to listen to our Clients concerns though. If you think our payment system should show something different for your confidentiality, please let us know and we can take that on board for when we make changes.

Why Do You Charge a Retainer?

i-direct charge a retainer of 50% of the budgeted costs on most of their services prior to commencing work on a case. This allows us to cover our base costs to get a case started and is a common standard adopted by many Agencies both in the UK and across the world. It’s nothing personal!

I can’t afford it all in one go. What can I do because I really need your Services?

Don’t worry! i-direct know that sometimes paying fees up front can be prohibitive. That’s why we introduced ezpay™ for our Clients. With ezpay™ you can pay a reduced retainer and spread the remaining fees over 3 easy to manage payments. And even better there is NO INTEREST added to our fees. ezpay™ allows you to instruct us to act for you within your budget. If it looks like the budget was insufficient don’t worry. We contact you in plenty of time to discuss any situations that may arise. Another great reason to use i-direct. I found someone cheaper. Will you match their Prices?

i-direct undertake regular “secret customer” exercises with our competitors. Not all of our competitors are transparent as we are to post their fees on the internet! They worry that someone will undercut them. Doesn’t that mean they are charging too much to begin with?

We like to be up front and let our Clients make an informed choice. We continually adapt our Fee Policies to ensure that we offer the best quality service at the lowest costs. We would rather operate on smaller profits with many Clients than large profits from 1 or 2 Clients. To us, this makes good business sense, plain and simple. If you find someone cheaper than us, simply show us their quote in writing and we will do our best to beat it. If they won’t give you a quote in writing, ask yourself why!

Because i-direct are dedicated to providing up fair up front Policies, we became a signatory to the Better Payment Practice Code. Whilst this is for Business to Business trading, we believe the first principle is as important to our Private Clients. When you deal with i-direct, you can be assured you are dealing with a company that values its Clients and goes the extra mile in all aspects of its business.
