Cost: £37.50 Per Agent, Per Hour
Unlike some of our Competitors, i-direct do not charge mileage although we do charge travelling time from one of our six cost centres around the UK. Additional Fees may be charged for some operations where hotel accommodation for our Agents is necessary or the use of cellular technology is required when normal communications are not possible.
