OVERVIEW
We provide fast and cost effective UK Tracing Services to Legal, Insurer and Commercial Clients, both in the UK and abroad, on a No Trace No Fee basis to assist you in finding people residing within the UK.

DEBTOR TRACING
Our main caseload consists of Debtor Tracing and this is by far the most difficult traces we encounter. Sometimes a Debtor will move to avoid debts or they may simply have moved and forgotten to inform you of their new contact details. These are the most difficult people to find and may be adept at concealing their current residence or move around a lot in rented accommodation to try and stay one step ahead of Creditors.

FOR INSURERS
For Insurers in particular, we specialise in tracking down Policyholders or Third Parties who have moved away and not notified you. 

We can act as an excellent cost effective compliment to your internal recoveries department in finding people and can even assist you in controlling costs where you appoint Solicitors to conduct your recoveries. Imagine how much less your legal bills could be when you provide the Solicitor with current address information. This can save on review time and also on Third Party Costs where the Solicitor is free to use their own, more expensive and more time consuming Trace Agents. How do we know what you want? The answer is simply that some of our staff have ex-insurance backgrounds and are more than aware of the difficulties Insurers face in recovering their outlays.

Whatever your individual circumstances, i-direct debtor tracing is the way forward to re-establish contact with the debtor and pursue recovery of the sums due.

FOR LEGAL CLIENTS
Our UK Trace Scheme has a variety of uses, other than for Debtor Tracing. Some of our Legal Clients use this scheme when they lose contact with their own Clients, especially so, in long drawn out cases. It can also be used to track down Beneficiaries and Witnesses who have moved and even on cases where you are trying to Serve Documents and all correspondence is marked “gone away” or registered letters are not collected. Before you waste more time and money, this service can assist you in identifying the correct address.

HOW THE SERVICE OPERATES
We operate this service entirely via e-mail with our Clients and as such we have drastically cut timescales and costs allowing you to be pro-active in your debt collection efforts.

We operate 2 Service Levels of Trace. Our Level 1 Traces are the most basic. They provide any address where there is a current electronic record of the person you seek. The information however, is unconfirmed and we rely upon real time databases to be accurate.

Our Level 2 Trace is by far the most popular we operate. The information we obtain is superior to that of a Level 1 Search and we verify all information and confirm residency.

When it comes to billing for Positive traces, again we lead the way on terms that suit you. We will bill you once a month, usually on the last day. We do of course provide you with an Invoice on every successful case, but until you receive our month end Statement, you need not pay us. 

This is most beneficial to our overseas Clients who pay by Bank Transfer as this drastically reduces banking charges and gives a positive day for payment. Once our Statement is received by you, payment should be made within 30 days.

COSTS?
Surprisingly our Trace Service starts at just £75.00 for a Positive trace and we do not charge you if we cannot trace the person you are seeking. No Trace, No Fee.
We also offer discounts for volume users.

We have seen competitors offer inferior services with 2 week waits and costs in excess of £130 with nominal costs for negative traces. Every day that passes costs you money already, which is why we listened to our Clients and developed this highly pro-active solution with you in mind.

TIMESCALES?
To find a person can be a difficult task, however, 95% of all Level 1 searches are conducted in less than 24 hours, with the remaining 5% being conducted in 48 hours. Our Level 2 Searches take between 3 hours and 5 days depending on the information we discover. Compare that to our competitors! Because we operate by e-mail, data exchange with you is almost instantaneous. As soon as we have the information, so will you.
